These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the King Saddle Co. website and the purchase of products and services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Services
King Saddle Co. specializes in custom saddles, tack and related equestrian products.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, leather grain, tooling patterns, hardware finishes and other aesthetic features may occur. These variations are a normal characteristic of custom-made products and do not constitute faults.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the King Saddle Co. website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Freight charges are not included in saddle pricing unless otherwise stated.
Custom Orders
Custom saddles are manufactured to the specifications selected by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections, measurements and information supplied before confirming their order.
By placing a custom saddle order, customers acknowledge that the saddle is being manufactured specifically to their requirements and that cancellation, return and refund rights may be limited in accordance with the Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Custom saddle orders are secured through payment of the required deposit via the King Saddle Co. website.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total order value is required to secure all custom saddle orders.
Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance, together with applicable freight charges, must be paid in full prior to dispatch or collection.
Ownership of the saddle remains with King Saddle Co. until all outstanding balances, including freight charges, have been paid in full.
Completed saddles will not be dispatched until all outstanding amounts have been received.
Production Timeframes
Estimated production timeframes are provided as a guide only.
Production schedules may be affected by supplier availability, material sourcing, freight delays, seasonal demand and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Estimated timeframes do not form part of the contract of sale and do not create a right to cancellation, refund or compensation.
Product Information
King Saddle Co. makes every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.
However, photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and slight variations may occur between displayed images and the final product.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, text, graphics and branding, remains the property of King Saddle Co. and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, King Saddle Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
