Saddle FAQs

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to secure your custom saddle order and commence production.
The remaining balance, together with applicable freight charges, must be paid in full before your saddle is dispatched or collected.

Yes. Every King Saddle Co. saddle is built to order and manufactured to your selected specifications.

Production timeframes vary depending on current workload, material availability and the level of customisation requested.
Lead times are estimates only and may change throughout the manufacturing process.

Yes. Many of our saddle designs can be customised with different leather colours, tooling styles, hardware options and other approved features.

Changes may be possible if requested within five (5) business days of placing your order and before manufacturing has commenced.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of placing your order and before manufacturing has commenced.

As custom saddles are manufactured specifically to your requirements, change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

No. Freight charges are calculated separately and are not included in saddle pricing unless otherwise stated.

King Saddle Co. currently ships saddles Australia-wide.

If your saddle arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing fault or differs significantly from the agreed specifications, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

King Barrel Racing clinics are designed for riders of varying ages and experience levels. Specific requirements and skill levels will be listed on each clinic event page.

Yes. Riders are required to bring their own horse unless otherwise specified by the clinic organiser.

Approved riding helmet
Appropriate riding attire
Water and refreshments
Any equipment specified in the clinic information

Clinic bookings can be made through the King Saddle Co. website when registrations are open.

Yes. Payment requirements will be outlined during the booking process and may vary depending on the clinic.

Clinic cancellations are subject to our Clinic Booking Terms & Conditions.
Please review the cancellation policy listed on the clinic booking page prior to registering.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds, credits or transfers will be assessed in accordance with the clinic's booking terms and cancellation policy.

If a clinic is postponed or cancelled by King Barrel Racing, participants will be contacted as soon as possible and alternative arrangements, credits or refunds will be offered where applicable.
